Many thanks to all that have signed up so far, hopefully the weather will be good but then again that's why its called Ant Freeze, you just never know in January.
There will be some food and tea/coffee.
Postcode for the event is CV10 OTU, its on the A5 about 4 miles north from junction 1 of the M69.
I will email. All signed up entrants with maps and contact details nearer to the date.
The room is up one flight of stairs and there are plenty of PowerPoints. Internet access is limited but should be adequate for our requirements. If someone wants to volunteer to set up live streaming then please get in touch, its one less thing for me to do :-)

A week to go and only 7 teams signed up so far, I'd like to see more personally!

Don't forget that this is a great chance to test your 'bots out and get some real practice in before the AWS. I'm sure you'd rather find that problem at an event like this than in the final rounds of the world series ;).

Outer Arena being supplied by Dave.
Start at 10am finish when we've had enough

Assuming the internet in the venue is good enough, a stream will be provided on my uStream channel: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/epicentre

As with AWS39, there will be a chat functionality to the right of the stream so that viewers can chat with each other and the streamers/commentators. There will be two headsets for commentary/stream interaction, although as it's a smaller event I don't expect these to be manned at all times, but if anyone feels like jumping on and chatting to the viewers for a while you're more than welcome. Trying to keep it as informal as possible.

I'll provide updates in this thread as to the status of the stream, or if we have any issues.

See you all on Saturday :).
