Its actually 10mm, its what I got for free, because new polycarb is so expensive. I think I would be ok if my blade was actually straight, but I don't have any replacements, and also, the size guide you have is probably fine but I am cutting sheets 500 x 1100, I doubt it was stretch that far. Plus these sheets are uneven because they came from old bustops (thanks Clive's mate). If I had the money I would just buy new sheets :P

Pugster is 9 years old and is autistic,he can be blunt and sometimes seems rude,but he's just to the point!!!please try to be clear when talking to him.his obsession is robot wars and pugs!!thanks guys(pugsters mum!!)

I'm no longer available for this event. The robots aren't ready anyway, so I'm just going to concentrate on getting them to the UK champs. My friends are having a get together so I'm going to that instead. Guess it'll save me having to slave away in the garage during this freezing cold weather!

All ready for the event now, after an incident where I got to Preston on the train before realising I'd left my robots in Lancaster XD
