Robots Live! - NEC Memorabillia, 20-21st November 2010

Post by razerdave »

Hey guys

I've had confirmation from Mike Young that they will have space enough for antweights at the event, so I thought I'd best put it on here and let everyone know.

Just a few details:
Due to the nature of the event, the NEC is charging ?10 per car pass for exibitors, because of the limitation of spaces, however you can come in, unload and put the car back outside the venue if needs be, may eb an idea to car share.

We will need an arena, I still need a screen for my RL one, but if anyone can supply an arena I'd be most appreciative, since I'd like to run a few spinner fights for the audience.

There will be about 4 small shows throughout both days, however we can run ants whenever because there will be lots of public coming past all day, as well as a few odd charecters (storm troopers, R2D2's, The Doctor, a few daleks, and occasionally The Stig might wander by :))

Any other details, please ask.

Regards
David

Providing you can store it under the main arena desk, sure. We won't have enough space to have them both up, but we can alternate.

Well bear it in mind if you don't have a proper arena. I'll probably park in the normal customer car park, so if I don't have to carry it all the way in then that would be good.

If you give it to me I can take it round to the back for you if you'd rather not carry it. I'll have to wait and see if we can get pete's arena or not, because I think thats a bit more attention grabbing than olivers due to size and colours (no offence Oliver)
