Post by Team Orr »

hi guys

just wondering what dates would be good for the next rfrc?

i know theres aws's dotted around and obviously rrc but i dont realy want to cash with rr or rl events (or rc) does that leave any dates free? and also taking into consideration that people have to fix their robots! what dates are good with you guys?

we plan to improve our event this year with better robots and more organised competition :D

jack

p.s also house robot will not be finished for this event probibly, mabey rfrc 4  but id rather get it right then bodge it

Actually it would be very useful if we had a calander on this site where we could post all the events that we are attending. So far I am booked up for
17/18th April....Eindhoven AWS31
9th May...........Aylesbury Roaming Robots
22nd May.........Reading RRC21
19th June.........????????? AWS32
26th June.........Birmingham Micromouse
If we can avoid bank holiday weekends it helps otherwise any time and almost any place I am available.

I suppose there is http://www.robotwars101.org/events/ but it's not well used.

I'm available virtually any weekend or even for a midweek event provided it's not going to clash with college, but as Simon suggested a weekend in September would be ideal with regards to the timing of other events.

Glad to hear there will be a RFRC 3 btw, looking forward to it as I always like the Richmond events.
