Although I wont have much time to work on my ants after June 7th (when I get out of here) I will try anyways, but only if I can crash at someones place!

I will let you know timings etc closer to the date. I reckon it should be fine to come to the event and not participate. You can have a look at people ants and ask questions, get some ideas for your own robots :)

I'm looking into coming along to watch. I might bring haywire but it is nowhere near combat ready and won't be for some time so even if it came it wouldn't be properly battling.

There is always the option of entering just the non-spinner "warm-up" competition and ducking out of the main AWS if your robot is not fully battle-ready.

The non-spinner comp is just what it says, a normal double-elimination comp but without any spinning weapons. You may get flipped/pushed about a bit but are unlikely to suffer much serious damage.

Double-elimination means you have to lose 2 fights before you go out, so you are guaranteed at least 2 fights - and plenty of help and advice if you want it! :)

Sounds pretty good, it makes a decent push bot and I could stick on a servo with a flipper temporarily.

Have you rebuilt Mr Dog ? I was under the impression you'd sold it to Will?
