Just got in, I can't really accurately summarise how brilliantly I thought it went as not only was it well organised and run (although there was a slight parking issue :P) but I actually did reasonably and more than one person said they thought Jigsaw was really good, which was completely unexpected XD

Thanks to Jack and co. for hosting it, everyone else who was there for making it quite brilliant and being nice people, and Dave and Joacim for the lift, and Peter for the controller boards, and I think I'll shut up now :P Well done to Andy for winning it...again...you'd better have been serious about retiring Anticide after this one, hehe

Thanks to everyone, and the Orr's especially, for a great day. What a nice way to make my comeback :).

Well done to everyone who won anything, and great job to everyone for such a big turnout of so many really good robots - the quality of both the machines and the driving have improved so much since I last competed (with one of my own, anyway) that I was quite taken aback.

Looking forward to seeing the pictures and videos, and well done again to everyone!

Many thanks to Phillipa, JP and Jack. AWS30 was certainly one to remember with a fittingly large turnout. Nice to see some new faces too.

Full results will be posted soon - still typing them up!

Meanwhile, here are the "awards":

Best Driver: Joacim
Best Newcomer(s): Will Thomas, Alex Sainsbury
Most Destructive Flea: Fleabite
Most Destroyed: Pants
Best Weapon: Anticide
Worst Weapon: Dead MEat
Best Looking: Shadow

Most Destructive Ant: I can't remember (Jack wrote down Katjuscha, which can't be right - it wasn't there!) I think it was one of Mr Wallers
