First event for us and really enjoyed it. A big thanks to Joey and 'the Team' for running the event, and the arena groundsman for keeping the pitch clear of servo internals, bits of plastic screws etc .
Congrats of course to all the winners.

I think I got all the fights except one with swearing in which I deleted, too many small children watch these videos, and I work in a school etc.

An enjoyable event today
Well done to all the winners and runners up in all the weight classes/categories. And well done and thanks to Joey and crew for the organisation and hosting of it.
Thanks to Tony for driving Kiss My Asimov in the main event (and for taking out a three-part clusterbot, even though it seemed to take aaaaaaaagesssss!) and to Alex Sainsbury for comprehensively kicking EricA's asimov in its first fight. Nothing beats getting ripped to shreds by a spinner 8)
While it was nice to experience an antweight event, I'll be perfectly honest and say that I'm not sure they're for me; I think I'm definitely a featherweight fan at heart. I will however use the parts I have to get an antweight back up and running (maybe EricA rebuilt, maybe something different) just for something tetchy and fun to drive around the dinner table or to chase the dog with

Re: AWS 35 - Pontefract - 17th July 2011
There were a lot of well contested fights and as mentioned many of the people new to Ants did exceptionally well.
Congratulations to all the winners, thanks to all the organisers, all in all another great event.

Unfortunately, the footage taken on my cameras is all wrecked and doesn't play, so someone else will have to make a DVD. Sorry
