Re: AWS44 - Brize Norton, Oxfordshire
Hey guys
Ok, so with just over a week to go , I thought I'd let you know what's going on/how it's going to happen:
8:00 - Hall Open
9:00 - Tech check opens
10:30 - Tech checks closes for fleas (if you have a flea, please arrive and check in before this time)
10:35 -11:00 - FWS (AW and Beetle tech check closes)
11:00 - 11:30 - Lunch/Beetle Round 1
11:30 - AWS begins
2:30 - If the AWS has reached Round 4 by this point, we will stop until 3 and run some beetle fights. If not, the AWS will run to it's conclusion.
3:30 - 4:00 - AWS finishes, remainder of beetle event/Tag Team and Annihilator
Presentations when we're all done .

Sorry I haven't responded sooner but have been busy with work.
I'm still unsure about this weekend as I'm filming Friday night until past midnight then have to pack the droid up before coming home.

Hey guys
So, a few days to go, I would like to ask that you turn up prior to 10am just to help the process along. I understand that may be difficult for a few of you but it would be much appreciated.
There will be a bit of food and drink but I do recommend bringing a lunchbox .

Also, anyone left to sign up, make it today if at all possible (though we can officially accept entries up until tomorrow evening). It just makes it much easier for my sign in sheets as we fly over tomorrow morning.

I've now signed up. Here's hoping Flux can make it to the end of Saturday without springing yet another leak, or I'm going to throw it in a box and start again. I give up with pneumatics!
