UK featherweight championships 2009

Postby Remote-Controlled Dave » Thu Feb 05, 2009 11:11 am

Thought I'd flag this one up in case people didn't know.
They are being held in Newcastle on the 14th and 15th of March. The main competition is full combat with spinners, but there will also be non-spinner whiteboard matches for anyone who is chicken. lol.
Check out www.robochallenge.co.uk for sign up, and the FRA forum for all the details.

For me it is wherever I can get some piece and quiet. Got my hands on a dremel set today. I can expect a new generation of robots from team perminant (God, it is starting to sound proffessional now.)

Edit: Whoops, just realised the subject I am posting in the featherweights section, but I guess (minus the dremel) the post would be the same if I found the time to build one.
