I honestly have no idea why you both can't access it - very strange. My only advice is to use the following URL: http://www2.bobblebot.co.uk:8008/ to access it, bypassing the DNS which we believe to be the bit that times out.

What exactly do you get when you visit the site? Is it just a 404 Page Cannot be Found page?

Something times out if the connection to a client from the server takes a long time - even slower broadband connections etc. We are getting a newer faster server soon so that may cure it with faster reponse times...

I can reach the bubblebot site from home but not work must be somthing to do with the security system we have in place.
