Maybe it is because I ordered two rolls as with all my robot especially the tracked ones and the minisumo and micromouse one roll wouldn't have lasted very long. I have fired off an email to them to check it is correct just in case as two shouldn't cost more than twice as much to deliver than one.

Had no reply but have had two emails saying the goods have been dispatched with different tracking numbers so it sounds like they have sent each roll seperately, are well you win some and you lose some.

I managed to break some of the 3d printing while I was working on the new Void, so I need to re-order it. Annoyingly, it's only a little part, so I'd end up paying more for shipping than for the part itself. I was wondering if anyone else was planning on doing a Shapeways order in the near future, and if so, if they'd mind adding my part onto their order and then just posting it to me when it arrives? I'd cover all costs, of course.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Scott,

I'll be making an order in the next 2-4 weeks, depending on when I get the work done in sketchup. Not sure if that's soon enough for you, but the offer is there if you need it.

http://www.motionco.co.uk is another site for small gears and such. I've just recieved an order of some micro chain and sprockets that I'm looking at using for Void's drive, and the delivery was super fast. In addition, the chain they sent me was a bit short, so I contacted them and had a response almost immediately saiyng they would send me some more out, so can't fault their customer service either.

Some interesting things there! Cheers :) . Their 3mm timing belts are such a rip off though. Just had a check through their sizes and it was about 6 pound for a belt I can get for £1.55 elsewhere :o

Just had a look at it and it is slightly worrying that it is not compatible with the DX5 which is DSM2 compatible.
Just checked one of the Lemon receivers and it seems to work ok with my DX5e and they come out at about half the price.

Yeah that is a bit odd.
I probably best get myself a lemon at some point.

I wonder if that's a typo on the website, meant to say DX6, because we all know that's old DSM1 tech. May be worth an e-mail.
