This is a little thread to tell you about my new WIP sumo robot, Wasabi. He uses a circuit based off one in How to build Combat Robots, but it is changed quite a lot, and I drew the PCB from scratch. I used PCB wizard.
The robot uses pulsed infrared LED's in order (one on the left, one on right) and a single sensor to check for readings. It also has 2 edge sensors. It has a picaxe 18x IC Chip for the program. It uses 2 modded servos for drive.
