In case anyone hasn't picked it up through the FRA forum:

Jenny and Geoff Smith lost their daughter Tanja to an accident just a few days ago. Many will know them through their involvement in the heavy and feather scene and the FRA.

There is a thread of condolence on the FRA forum under the General Chatter.
