my dad told me 2 minutes before this was posted, made my day, its only going to be six episodes a bit like a taster to check for the audience I think, I also think they were somewhat inspired by the success of the new battlebots but we shall have to wait and see

It'll be interesting to see what it means for antweights and the other non televised weight classes. Will they suddenly be swamped by new builders, or will they be suitably unpublicised that any change in numbers is manageable with our current setups? Time will tell..

More immediately, I'm hoping they get the filming dates sorted out soon so it doesn't end up impact numbers at the current AWS! It should be good all around though, and I can see there being a possible opportunity to get ants on again in future.

Filming date is apparently the start of march, but that's as detailed as it gets atm.
