Maplin 3 in 1 robot kit

I recently had an email from maplin offering a 3 in 1 robot kit on sprecial offer at £14.99 although I think it is now back £19.99.

I decided it looked like fun to build and with the excuse my grandaughters would like to play with it I ordered one.
I was most impressed with the quality of the parts and it took the best part of four hours to build but it is a great little toy and I have only tried one of the 3 configurations see below. I know it is only wired control but it wouldn't take to much to remote it.
