The Who are great! I would put them at about number 3 or 4 on my list of favourite bands, as well as the Rolling Stones, Beatles and Who I like Cream, BBM, Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix. In addition, a bit of classical music can be nice....
I'm not a big fan of modern music, if I'm honest, the 60's and 70's were the best in my opinion, as anyone who has met me can guess from my hair (think Mick Jagger style) 8) 8)

I'm very selective in my taste in music, all kinds of Rock music, but very little Indie Rock, and I like The Rolling Stones (fave song: Its Only Rock and Roll (But I like it) and Start me up), The Who, Led zepplin, Deep Purple, Dire Straits, AC/DC that sort of taste in older music.

In terms of modern music, I'm big on the Nu-Metal scene, Linkin Park, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, and also Heavy metal and gothic music (HIM, Evanessance, Nightwish), and I like a bit of punk/pop punk to finish off (Green Day, Bowling For Soup, Fall Out boy).

My respects to Mick Jagger and Co for keeping going all this time

Do you lot all live in the past what about Pink, Duffy and K.T. Tunstall although I have been known to drift back to Queen and Tina Turner but then I am a pensioner. I am listening to Duffy as I write this.(Rockferry)
