Devbuc, consider building a robot that will be able to enter some competitions, and that you have the skills/facilities to build.

There are regular competitions in the UK for Fleas, Ants and SuperAnts (AWS and RRC). Also for Feathers and Heavies (Roaming Robots and others).

If you build a Beetleweight, is there another one in the UK (world?) to fight against? Does anyone have a suitable arena?

BTW, can anyone put some kind of (UK) popularity figures against those weight classes? Number of active bots/builders, number of events per year, etc?

Gary, he's from Washington...plenty of Beetle builders on his side of the pond.

Dunno... is that Washington DC or Washington Tyne & Wear, or the little village called Washington just up the road from here????
