I've been reading the forum about spinners and was wondering
brushed? and brushless? motors
whats the diffrence?
which is better?
brushed or brushless

Brushed motors tend to be cheaper, as you only need a speed controller that can vary the voltage from 0 to maximum.
Brushless motors have a controller that sends pulses of voltage through the motor making it more expensive.
The first spinners used brushed motors as they where cheaper, but as armour got stronger and ants became more dangerous then people started using brushless motors.
Brushless motors are proberly better however they do cost about twice as much.

Just put an ammeter in Kwijebo, was impressed. It draws 6A when the disc spins up, this explains all the problems i was having with it not spinning up very well 8) and to think i was going to run on 12V 
, maybe i still can-just slow spin up.
Normal spinning is arround 1A, so it is just the spike that is cool.
