Mine are usually about 40mm high, 110mm long and 95mm wide and I think most people are fairly similar

Stanley/ICBINS: 125mm long, 100mm wide, 32mm high
Test: 75mm long, 132.5mm wide, 55mm high
You should probably just leave: 100mm long, 114mm wide, 32mm high

I now know why I have the weight to spend on 3mm Polycarbonate: My robot is way smaller than that. It's almost on the big side of fleaweight.

If everything fits inside the size you've gone for, I'd stick with it; if you *can* fit 3mm polycarbonate inside 150g you can probably not worry too much about spinners! There's no minimum size, only a maximum one...

(all my robots' dimensions are on my website *points below*, although obviously none of them have that much polycarbonate)
