Configuring Spektrum "wheel" transmitter for robot

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me how to configure the Spektrum DX3C to give side to side steering when the wheel is turned and forward backwards on both wheels when the trigger is pulled/pushed?

I can get the side to side steering by configuring mixing ST (steering) to TH (throttle) but only one of the wheels goes forward with the trigger pushed.
