NiMh Charging

Post by bitternboy »

I have upgraded from two 12v 1200mAh drill batteries run in parallel to two 8.2v 3700mAh run in series in my feather. The chargers that came with the drill batteries are 400mAh and 15v output, me thinks they aren't suitable for my new packs. Can anyone advise another charger.

Edit: I was thinking pretty cheap (me being mean)... this any good?

Before you criticize another person, first walk a mile in their shoes. Then, when you critisize them, you'll be a mile away and have their shoes.

I think so...
I would recommend the second one I now have 3 of them and they are brilliant and will charge any battery type from 1.2v to 30v

I may go for that one eventually then. How much is a new one out of interest?

Edit: Never mind I googled it and got £75

I'd also recommend the pro-peak constellation. I bought one and haven't looked back since. I use it to charge antweights, featherweights, and the heavyweights. It's worth the cost cos you'd never need buy another charger ever again. It does need a power supply however, as it doesn't have a mains plug.
