I dont think that is the problem from what I have read it is just that all of the part is not at a positive cordinate with respect to the X,Y,Z origin point.
This would mean that some of the part would be outside the tank but I have also read that the printer operators will move and rotate the object to give the optimum position so it might be OK.

I'm pretty sure that is sorted automatically when you upload your design.

After faffing around for a while I finally bit the bullet and ordered some wheels.
They seem to have accepted the drawing so I just need to wait the 10 days and see how they turn out.
