I thought Pro/d can export as an stl file which is one of the one's that shapeways uses.

DOH.
Just realised my first mistake.
The wheel is twice as big as I wanted,I thought I was looking at diameter measurements, when I was looking at radius!!
I wanted a 26mm dia wheel,but have a 52mm wheel in production at shapeways.

Might keep them,as a memento!
Re: sketchup to shapeways
haha! doh! Didn't you think they were a bit expensive for small wheels? But like Josh said, you can cancel and they'll give you a credit for future use.

Not wishing to get left to far behind here is my first attempt at a 3D robot part drawing using DesignCad.
As with sketchup I need to find a program to convert to .stl format and this took 4 hours before I got it looking correct I must read the manual next time.
