cheap 12 power supply

Post by earthwormjim »

Hi. I am looking for a cheap 12V power supply for a 12v charger.
The manual says it should be at least 13A.
I was wondering what people are using??
Cheers Jim. :)

Just rummage through your box of old transformers, anything more than 500mA should be fine.

for antweight lipos I just use one of these, It shouldn't draw over an amp to charge batteries <about>5amp rates hence the larger suggested supply?

Cheers guys, now I know what I am looking for,I do have a drawer full of Wall warts.I was going to use an old xbox 360 power suply,as it is 12v at 16.5A,but it is quite big and heavy, and it also needs a load, too. :(
Cheers for the offer, though Jonny. :)
