It has to fit in the cube but it can fit in any direction can you not fit it in diagonally?

thanks, I use google sketchup Pro to draw and meshlab to adjust, both have a free downloadable version if you google them

don't score it too deeply, polycarbonate just breaks, its easy enough to fold anyway

boil it and bend it when its soft, keeps the molecular structure strong

I have always just bent it using a metal ruler as a guide,and it has been fine.
But I like the idea of boiling it.I will give that a go. :)
