The bit I find difficult is getting the geometry and weight distribution correct so it not only flips well but also self rights. But then if was easy we would soon get bored.

you use 1mm for the top and bottom, don't you Simon?

That's right Jack, it'd be 4mm all round except I'd then be 170g.

Modelfixings also supply taps down to M2 and the correct size pilot drill (1.6mm). You don't really need all 3 taps for polycarbonate. A taper tap will generally do for through-holes. You might want a bottom tap for blind holes, but then you won't really need the second tap unless you want to do metals. Might save you a few quid. So far I have got away with just a taper tap.
