RONNY at AWS8:
http://www.antweight.co.uk/results/ws8/dcp_0041.jpg
The current RONNY shares only the name, battery pack and crystal with the original!
How things have changed over the last 5 years. I think Odyssey is the least changed of the "old school" robots still running, even Pants has gone to speed-hacked servos.

Ahh yes, I remember the time when I designed Void on paper and bodged it all together with lots of hot glue (Clicky) How times do indeed change. Nowadays everything is designed, redesigned and redesigned probably 2-3 times at the minimum in CAD (The reason you havnt seen Zenith at an event for a while is that I'm still redesigning it - have 8 fully completed CADs of different designs thats have never seen the light of day. I have one I think I'm happy with now though ), before it's machined...and I'm looking into getting CNC early next year... ><
Does it make my robots any better? Not really Still havn't won that AWS trophy I crave so. Does it make building them more fun? IMO, yes.
