light component suggestions

im having big trouble finding a light enough battery. could you guys tell me what you use or any suggestions? which batteries do you use in the kit Pete?

Assuming you are not going for the Lithium batteries this site seems to have a good selection of small NiMh.

I have one of those small NiMh packs @ 250mAh, its not a bad choice for an ant.

I think it is a step in the right direction. What is the weight of your current battery pack?

We use 4 x 2/3AAA packs in R.O.N.N.Y. and Antipathy. They are perfectly adequate for servo-based robots.
I think PeteC was supplying something similar for the Pants kits at one time.

If you don't want to/can't go to LiPo, these are a pretty good choice.
