Back at it with a new concept a 6WD bot, experimenting with gears, and possibly wheel making.

Looks great. 6WD is something ive long wanted to try but have never gotten round to. Good luck with it.

So my got printer on 3D Hub returned and now with the option for parts to be printed blue I had to get KW2 printed. Here is the pictures sent to me after the printing was done.

I like the look of the 6wd bot, always good to see more people experimenting!

On the printed chassis it's nice but that's some really bad warping at the back.

Yeah the guy mentioned that the back corners curved up a bit due to shrinkage, but he'll refund me if find it to be bad once I've check in person.

Just for future reference how would I go about avoiding that on future prints?

Manual support structures in the print.

Essentially you want to eliminate any sharp points (Corners), thin edges or just areas of low surface area in contact with the bed of the printer. Green shows the manual support added for later removal.
