Put the kit in something, plug the battery in and drive it around... Once you've had a bit of a play with it you might have a better idea where to go; it doesn't have to be right the first time.

If you're still stuck for ideas, here's probably the simplest possible chassis you can build with one of the kits, just to get you started..

My main obstacle is my confidence and depression it really gets in the way sometimes and tells me to quit but I will try and get through it the best I can.

I go through the same sort of thing, and many other builders struggle with it too. What I do is just keep going, and know that the only way to get better is to keep working.

Wheels are to small and I can't make it any smaller because of my motor mounts back to basics and I don't even know if I have the cardboard.

You can use cardboard from cereal boxes if you run out. Don't be afraid to change your design if it isn't working out. Lots of great bots were the result of trial and error.

I know but I had that design for a while and redesigning is something im not clever at infact I cant think of anything except for a block with some acetate stuck directly on the bottom panel of it but I know that's awful but then again so was every other design and it looks like I wont be getting a transmitter any time soon.
