All the spinner bars I have are in robots, and I think Will sold all his spares.. Might have to get your own one made up.

Is it possible to use shapeways or someone like that and if so how hard is it to design it/does anyone have a modelled version of their disc in a shapeways friendly form.
Sorry to be a pain but am not very good at these things as precision engineering requires lots of gizmos and skill.

EDIT: I am actually leaning more towards a circular blade than a bar as that seems to be what my dad who's the best builder wants.

Alternatively you could get somewhere like Kcut to cut one out for you. I haven't used it myself, but I know a lot of others do. I believe it's much the same as Shapeways in that you send them a CAD, in this case they'll cut it out of a sheet of material. If it's a material they stock then you don't have to send them anything other than the CAD; 2mm stainless steel would probably be something they'd have. It's not very expensive either (£30 for 4mm Hardox beetle disc is the only reference I have, so less than that probably). Give them a google and see what you think.

The best reason why Ofsted would be great is that Ofsted vs WJEC would be just brilliant.
