Did you just cut those titanium teeth by hand? I'm looking at titanium teeth for the next incarnation of 50/50 but got a quote of £70 for 8 small teeth from laser master with me supplying the material which I feel is pretty unreasonable.

A combination of hacksaw grindstone and file plus some sweat was all I needed they are 1mm thick Titanium.

Re: Peter Wallers Robot Ramblings
A couple of months ago I was contacted via PM on this site by a chap called Brandon Davis who is writing a series for the USA Servo Magazine on people who build small combat robots.
My vanity took over and I quickly agreed to take part.
He had already done quite a bit of research on here and emailed me a fairly long list of questions about my robots, design and construction methods plus much more.
I answered the questions as best I could with a few pictures and he put it all together with a few more pictures and information he got from here, my website and elsewhere on the internet.
The upshot is it should be appearing in the July issue and with several links to discussions on here we might be seeing a few more American roboteers on here in the near future.

Re: Peter Wallers Robot Ramblings
I have just found I can access the article at
http://servo.texterity.com/servo/201507/?folio=26#pg26
Brandon seems quite suprised by how small and light we routinely make our robots over here.
