Blimey Harry, dont over do it or anything!!!
Thanks though. :)
By my calculations,it should lift 1.5kg! :o
Tested it by lifting a full baked bean tin completely off the floor no problem, which is 400g.

Torque:
4.8V:
90.6 oz-in (6.52 kg-cm)
6.0V:
107.6 oz-in (7.75 kg-cm)

Speed:
4.8V:
0.17 sec/60°
6.0V:
0.14 sec/60°

Weight: 0.76 oz (21.5 g)

Dimensions:
Length:
1.18 in (30.0 mm)
Width:
0.43 in (10.9 mm)
Height:
1.14 in (29.0 mm)

I bought it over a year ago,and it cost me £35ish,if my memory serves me correctly. It is nice and slim at only 11 mm. :)
But not cheap :(

I don't do programming either.
There is a program already compiled that suits our needs, but getting everything in place to load the program onto the board is a bit of a kerfuffle.
Rx's are a piece of cake. Standard 2.4 dsm 4ch.The only thing is you need a magnifying glass to solder them! :-?
They work great though.Oh yeah,they are £25 too. :(
Get them here...http://www.micronradiocontrol.co.uk/rx_dt.html

Thanks Jim, I might go for one of those, seen as the Orange ones are a bit thin on the ground at the moment. Though my soldering skills....well, they're not skills. lol

Got everything together over the weekend.
Still needs a couple of tweaks, but it is essentially done.
Here are a couple of pics...

It feels really solid.Although I did drop it yesterday.About four foot onto the kitchen floor. A section of the wheel surround,(the only piece on the whole robot that is 1mm! ) snapped off.
Luckily I had already re designed the wheels to be slightly larger anyway, and have already ordered a new pair. :)
The 1mm Titanium was a real pig to bend.I was amazed at the difference between 0.5mm and 1mm Ti.
It comes in at 140.1g. :)
Cheers Jim.

That looks great, so neat! I've been looking forward to seeing this with armour. Are the carbon fibre bits sticking out the side on the bottom to prevent it getting stuck on its side....or other reasons? I can't imagine working with titanium, I had enough trouble drilling some steel yesterday :-? Hope to see this at AWS37 if you're attending....Raoul on the other hand....maybe he can stay at home....lol?

Thanks.Yep the carbon is to stop it getting stuck. I have re designed the shapeways file so that if I have to re order the chassis,it wont need them. Will have to bash this one up a bit first though! :)
Raoul needs a new chassis, and the tyres are too hard,I think. He bounces across the floor too much at the moment!
I hope to be there for AWS 37.See you there! :)
