No, can't afford the time off unless its for an AWS. One of the drawbacks of working weekends.

Anoptimistprime here is how I have attached a blade to the rebuild of Combatant.
The hub is 6.4mm thick PCB material and the blades yet to be sharpened is 12mm x 3mm stainless steel both off ebay.

well after richmond i can say a few things:
-i am now adicted to spinners and will be making another very soon.
-my fleas could do with a little work :-?
-the new weapon servo for deodorant is much more powerfull (thanks a bunch Jarvis! :) )
-the damage done was quite bad and it will take some time to re coup my losses but im very happy with how i did.
-i really cannot drive deodorant to save my life, its far too fast. (the fact that the when you push the stick right, the robot turns right also confused me!)

i kinda want to build a drum spinner now, just for the awesomenes, get a bit of thick aluminum rod from my school and use the lathe so that a bushless motor can sit inside it, then put some bearings in on the other side.

whats the best way to make teeth for a drum spinner?
thanks, haz :)
