any body know how to do that??

Not specifically, although most servos are similar.

If no-one comes up with any specific method, look around for instructions for other servos and adapt as necessary.
There are some instructions posted on this forum. There are also some instructions on the main robotwars101.org site. Also Simon Windisch has some instructions on his site I think. There will be others.
IMPORTANT: check that the servo works correctly as a standard servo before trying to modify it. Attempting to modify a dead servo is a sure route to frustration!

If you get really stuck, post some detailed pictures here and someone will probably be able to help. (You have to host the pictures somewhere else then link to them here)

Steven Martin has done up an antweight kit tutorial recently for the QRSC which uses similar Hextronics HXT900 servo's.
