Hey all

whats the smallest Spektrum receiver that would work with either a DX6 or DX6i ?

The smallest for DX6i is the AR6300

2 grams.

The only thing to be careful of with the AR6300 is it has the tiny JST connectors unless your servo's have them you need adaptors which makes the whole thing bigger and heavier.
The AR6100 quoted at 3.5gms but actually nearer 4gms is probably a better option for the DX6i and the old BR6000 at 7gms for DX6.
Remember there are incompatability problems using a DX6 with the AR6100 and AR6300 or using the DX6i with the AR6000 or BR6000.

cant use the 6300 tiny one with DX6 as its DSM2 you need a tx to run DSM2 to be able to use it
I use it now in Anto3 and Anto XP and Mr Dog

well I think that I will have to use a BR6000 for this, but with all the casing off and wires soldered to the pins. the tiny ones no good for the DX6 which is what the robot in question is running on
