Re: Earthwormjim's Stuff
As Rory and Alex have said, it a bit quiet around here at the mo. I don't have much to update on. Here is a pic of the 3d printed steel weapon carrier for my next spinner, code name: Yolandi Vi$$er. http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f344/pun15her/3d%20print%20first_zpsg3tjdcee.png The CAD took into ...

Re: Another New Antweight..
A simple long shift axe bot could in theory beat all the EDF 's currently out there, unfortunately, it probably wouldn't be that effective against anything else, so how about a long shaft axe bot to beat edf' 's, but also with an EDF to handle everything else! Mua ha ha ha ha! (evil laugh!).

Re: Antweight robot max 1,5 cm height
Hi there. You mentioned walls, so are we talking about moving vertically within a 20mm gap between inner and outer walls? (Interesting project, btw. and definately within the realms of possibility with the information you have given so far. I have an FPV setup that uses a camera that is 9 x 9 x 11mm.)

Re: Peter Wallers Robot Ramblings
Looks good Peter, will be interesting to see how effective the concept will be.
The second pic is definitely more likely to get under another robot! LOL!
It is difficult to see what you have done in the pic Peter. But the sheet looks as if it is mounted under the chassis??

Hey, mathias. If you are going to use the gear motors that most of us use in our antweights, then pololou do quite a few options. The most popular are the 32 x 7 mm wheels listed here. As they are reasonably large, it is advisable to use the slower gear motors (50:1) with them. :) https://www.pololu...
