Re: team hectic
I know anticide is undoubtedly the most successful ant ever in the history of the AWS. I want to know how to build an awesome flipper bot like that.

Re: team hectic
antweight series 40 really taught me more about how robots are built. I thought the flippers did well especially anticide the new champion but the spinners just seemed to destroy themselves more than anything else or spin themselves out the arena.

Re: Antweight bits for beginners
Hogi was my first ant. we used a sabertooth speed controller and a planet five receiver. we used 2mm thick hdpe for our armour which was very effective against baby hell who I fought in the practise arena after being eliminated from the none spinner warm up by anti matter and the ant world series by...

antweight and super antweight crushers
at antweight world series 40 I realised there were loads of pushers, flippers, spinners and a couple of axes but I don't think I saw many if any crushers. I know there are two types of crushers. pincers like heavyweight can opener and crushing arms like razer and Tiberius four. I have read before th...

Re: sise rules
I think even though super antweights have been dropped from the main tournaments at the antweight world series, if a few of us built super ants or made super ant clusters out of ants and fleas we could run a small competition in the pits in one of the spare arenas. like the one we were using as a pr...

battle ants
my battle ant territorial is currently out of action by two of my cousins have recently got some. to be honest I can't see much point in repairing it as I have a proper AWS qualifying ant and another currently under construction, are there ever going to be any super antweight events at AWS 41?
Re: AWS 40
AWS40 was Hogi's first foray into proper arena combat, we finished in the top eighteen in the world series and got to the quarter finals in the none spinner championship where we were eliminated by anti matter but it was still an amazing battle. we all had a great day including our friends who tagge...
