Re: 3D printers
All nozzles are metal it is just that some have a small PTFE tube just above them to guide the filament through and act as a heat break. PTFE can usually go up to around 245 / 250 although it does deteriorate a bit and needs regular replacement at those temperatures. I have found all metal heads are...

Re: 3D printers

The nozzle size is the diameter of the hole the melted filament comes out off normally 0.4 mm although you can get various other sizes. By telling the slicer these two values it knows ...

Re: ESC with built-in receiver - interesting?
It has two motor drive channels each of which can supply 4 amps so you could hang up to 3 standard motors on each channel up to 3 S or 12.6 volts. These channels are mixed which cannot be turned off and braking is on. You save a couple of grams direct connecting it to the receiver but it is more the...

Re: ESC with built-in receiver - interesting?
Just putting one of my controllers together for my new ring spinner and thought the spec might be of interest. It can take the Lemon DSM2 receiver mounted on pins, has a 5V 1.5A low dropout BEC, 4A on each of the two drive channels, both 5v and full bat out on the servo connector, power switch and b...

Just noticed that the A4303 at Lutterworth is closed so if like me you are coming up the M1 from the south you need to get off at junction 18 and then follow the A5 from there rather than junction 20 which I usually use..

Re: Building an arena question
The basic concepts for my arena was the best possible all round vision and being transportable complete with virtually no assembly needed except a support for the lid so it can be parked in the up position. Here is a dimensional drawing which might help. https://phqkfg.ch.files.1drv.com/y4mAEg0lWdqw...
