Re: Epic Robotics
The central section of the new Void is complete. Unfortunately, I won't be bringing this to the AWS; it's quite heavy at the moment, and while I could probably get the side pods completed in time, I'd have to dismantle quite a bit to get to the areas where I need to save weight, and I don't have eno...

Cheap components for an antweight class
Hi All, We've just had a new "FabLab" open up in Coventry, and I've been in talks with the owners to run an antweight building class one day over the summer. The intent would be that people pay a fee, build a robot during the day, have a small competition with them at the end of the day, a...

Engineering as a career
Hi guys, Long story short, I'm pretty fed up of IT, and desperately want a career change. Very impressive! The gyro and accelerometer functions look very interesting indeed. What's the specs of the motor drivers? Think you might sell them with a receiver pre-attached? Can the pins on the underside be easily removed to save space?

Re: June 4 2016 - The Oxford Games, Carterton
I'm afraid I won't be able to attend, as I already have plans for that weekend. I know you had issues, but announcing the date for something like this two weeks in advance is frankly untenable. I'm sure I won't be the only one who either won't have time to prepare or will already have plans. It sure...

This material sounds incredible! I look forward to seeing how it holds up in combat.
Can you dye it after printing, or does it need to be before?
