Well, the new baby has arrived :) it looks just the job. Tried it out with the flashing LEd code (easy when I worked out that the board need external power and couldn't use the USB for power :oops: ). Next job is to mount all the programmer in a box with a socket on it so everything will be a little...

I like the idea of that :) The 'build it like its a kit' approach is how I did Morgrugyn II, and the way I intend to do my new project. Can't wait to see the next instalment.

I agree with that, but that doesn't mean that a return to the TV would have to be exactly the same as before. It's not just robot combat that has moved on, so has TV formatting.
