Aldi 3D printer - Any good

Aldi are selling one for £300, the website is as usual a little short on specs but a look on the manufacturer website suggests it prints between 100 and 400 microns

Any thoughts as to its suitability for ant and feather bodys and parts from those more knowledgeable?

Would be interested in coming along to find out a bit more, might even have time to knock together a bot from scratch.

As for public transport, google suggests train to either Edinburgh or Gala and then bus but at over 4 hours it isn't hugely practical. No idea if there is a way by bus from Carlisle.

In the same boat as you Mike and am also looking to use Rory's system.
