Re: MG90 servos
my experience with mg90's is that yes, they are light cheap and reliable... i have over volted a few with mixed results... nothing fried but a few get very jittery other work fine... the importance of genuine ones is overall build quality and some fakes have a plastic gear from the motor to the firs...

Re: Team Rocket Robotics Updates and Reports

Re: Team Pompidou First Antweight Build/Questions
its doubtful that shortening the wires would cause issues unless you did a terrible job of it... i would troubleshoot each component to narrow down the problem... receiver, esc, then motors... if you have any spares of anything, try switching things around and see where that leads you... if not, may...

Re: new builder - good motors to use for an undercutter ?
i will pass on the info i was given when i asked the same question. the Dys BE1806 is a popular choice. i purchased 2 for upcoming builds along with 2 afro 20a esc's and they seem to work well together... banggood seems to be the best place to get the Dys and hobbyking is where i purchased the 2 afr...

Re: Peter Wallers Robot Ramblings
looks good. i cant wait to fight this at our next meet... i really like this concept. is the flipper slower now with the springs as opposed to the bands? i would figure its slower but a bit more power... i learned a lot about kinetic energy regarding bands and springs from my years of building sling...
