Hijacking this for a quickie; what do you guys use to attach that thin plastic to your flippers and what type of plastic is that?
I've tried to epoxy plastic to alu / Ti without much of a success, what type of glue would be more apropriate?

Yeah I've heard about not needing capacitors with 2,4Ghz systems which is great as its one less thing to keeping in mind.
Was just wondering if there were any easy modifications to in some way reduce the chance motors do damage to an ESC?

Got a dual 25A aswell which I hve yet to use. Some ppl seem to have them working very well on 2 motors but when running 4 motors they seem to suffer even tho they probably manage the current as they would shut of due to over current protection. Could there be any benefit of using capacitors on the m...

I can recommend http://www.botbitz.com/ for speed controllers aswell, Im running 2 of em in one of my bots and got 2 more for my next build and they work very well so far. The shipping time isn't too bad considering its sent from australia and the fee isn't that high either.

Thanks! Yeah I've always liked tracked ones aswell so decided to build one.
Seems it will be much alike the others rolling around here unfortunately but its a start at least

Thanks :) Ah sounds lovely, trains make it so easy and a place to sleep at would be wonderful! The speed controllers works well so far, only ran them for a few minutes during testing so far but I'm pleased, I've got a pair of the 6A version im going to put into the tracked robot and see how that goe...

Hey I knew they ran something sometime in germany but im not that well read up on it, thanks for the info. Do they have any website in english? Yeah the AWS are the goal and im ok with flying and spending a weekend over there is no problem whatsoever. The only issues are really knowing where to fly,...
