Re: Hi & Dasmikro 2s6A issue

my advice is steer clear of dasmikro. they are too unreliable/hit and miss as to whether you will receive one that works. another cheap option that i find great success with is the Chinese 2-3s 5a dual bidirectional esc. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dual-Way-Bidirectional-ESC-2S-3S-5A-Brushed-ESC-for-...

Re: Team Shakey Build Diary

i use a cheap prop balancer off ebay... works pretty well for me... to save some time, and if your good with cad, some programs will show the centre of mass and you can design a shape to work from that would be mostly balanced and then its just a few little adjustments on the grinder

donations are like an unwritten rule at events... there will likely be a donations pot you can chuck some cash into on the day

Re: AWS 60 - Headington, Oxford - 30th Nov 2019

after aws58, i decided to run a permanent 3 bot lineup. seeing as between myself, my son and the mrs, with 4 bots each would be 12 bots entered... us all having 3 instead allows for another team of 3 without the overall number changing... unfortunately, i dropped my cluster so my 3 bots are all roll...
