Re: Team 1202 build Diary

So a question:

Can a blades throttle stick be made to self center easily?

Was thiking of running FT or a blade but ideally with a motor driven lifter dont want the throttle to stay.

If not I will find another method.

Thanks

I think with all the bits it probably is about 160g to 165g ATM

Re: Team Shakey Build Diary

It's all polycarbonate of normally 1.5mm thick. For cutting I have a small CNC router, so I simply design the plates in CAD with the rest of the bot, program up the machine and it'll cut them out. I like the sound of that. Can I ask what router you use. Is that something you CAD on sketchup? Thanks

Re: Team Shakey Build Diary

What plastic do you use for your Armour, and how do you cut it out?

is it a case of a sharpie and careful use of a coping saw?

thanks

Re: Team 1202 build Diary

Christmas day and my better half gives me the gift of a N20 with a esc built in from Bristol Bot Builders. While the kids play with their new stuff and she assembles Jigsaw I start designing a bot around using it as a lifter. What I end up with is this: https://i.postimg.cc/JzxrMdHX/20191227-072423....

Team 1202 build Diary

Hello all Now I have relocated its time to start getting back into ants ( and maybe more and bigger). I have started a new build diary with the aim to regularly post and include stuff that is going to get made or is process of. So hopefully for starters we have the new Robototron: https://i.postimg....

Re: AWS 60 - Headington, Oxford - 30th Nov 2019

I have a work colleague who is bringing his first bot so I will be dropping down to just one bot.

Hopefully said bot will be the new Crabulon.
