| The second series of Robot Wars was largely expanded. Now up to 17 programmes with 8 robots in the first round Gauntlet, new games such as King of the Castle, Sumo, Football, Tug-o-war and Pinball in the second round. Also the new house robot Sir Killalot was added to the mix, with 280kg of tracked power driving a hydraulic claw as used by the emergency services for cutting open cars. |
